Q.1 When does the Admission Procedure start?

In the month of October preceding the Academic Year in which admission is sought.  Academic Year starts in April first week.

Q.2 Are Seats Available?

The availability/non-availability of seats in a particular class will be displayed on the website.

Q.3 What is the Fee Structure?

The fee structure of the present Academic Year will be available on the website.  However, for the new Academic Year the fee structure is decided only by March preceding the new Academic Year.

Q.4 What is the Age Criteria for Admission in Class Nursery?

Presently the age criteria for admission in Class Nursery is between 3 1/2 – 4 1/2 years of age as on 1st April (of the Academic Year).

Q.5 When is the Admission Announcement made?

Announcements are made by first week of November for all the classes along with the number of seats available.

Q.6 What is the procedure of Admission?

For Class Nursery-Online Registration needs to be done in the window on the date and time specified in the announcements.  Announcements are generally made atleast one month prior to the date of online registration and will be displayed on the School Website & School Notice Board.

Q.7 What are the documents required for Admission?

For Class Nursery – Original Date of Birth Certificate and Caste/Tribal Certificate (if applicable) needs to be uploaded reduced to size 5MB.  The school will give an appointment to parents of successfully registered students, and verify the documents with the original ones.  If all the documents are in order, Admission Form will be issued and the admission fees is to/will be paid in the stipulated time.

For other classes – Placement Test date will be given.  Subject to passing of Placement Test, Admission will be granted.  The previous Class Report Card’s copy along with a copy of Date of Birth Certificate and Caste/Tribal Certificate (if applicable) and Transfer Certificate should be submitted at the time of admission.

Q.8 Will the syllabus be available for Placement Test?

Placement Test Syllabus for various classes will be available on the School Website along with the Sample Question Paper for Classes KG–9.

Q.9 When will the results of the Placement Test be declared?

The results are declared within one week of the conduct of the Placement Test.  The Vice-Principal be contacted for Classes VI-IX & the Primary School Superintendent for Classes KG-V

Q.10 When should the student join the school?

The students are expected to join the school at the beginning of the Academic Year.  However, when the admission takes place later, the school expects the students to join at the earliest possible date.

Q.11 How long are the admission open?

The admissions are open, subject to the availability of seats and not later than 31st July of the Academic Year in which admission is sought.

Q.12 Does the school supply books and uniforms?

No, the school does not supply books and uniforms.  Open booklist is given to buy books from any book store of the parents’ choice.  For uniforms, approved shade of grey will only be accepted.  Uniform may be readymade or stitched.

Q.13 What is the passing criteria for promotion to next class?

Classes  I – IX-A minimum score of 33%, inclusive of internal assessment and theory examination & XI and Classes

Class XI – A minimum score of 33% in theory & practical separately will be required for promotion.

Classes X & XII – As per the CBSE requirement. 

Q.14 Is there any provision for promotion, for these students (Classes I-IX, XI) who do not attain the minimum required percentage of marks for passing?

Yes, only ONE chance will be given for IOP (Improvement of Performance) Compartment, as applicable.

Q.15 In how many subjects compartment/IOP is given?

For Classes I-IX– Only one attempt is permitted for IOP and upto 03 core subjects only.  A total of 33% inclusive of

the internal Assessment, needs to be scored in the compartment exam.

Class XI – Compartment upto 02 subjects will be given and the students will be required to pass in the core subjects in theory i.e. 33% needs to be scored in the compartment exam.
